Jackson received rollerblades from Willie and me for his birthday.
Day 1 on them, he was shaky and gripping onto me for dear life.
We practiced about a half hour or so each day.
By day 4, he was skating all over by himself!
He is so proud! We are too!!
The day after his 7th birthday, Jackson came home wiggling one of his bottom teeth.
It has been loose for awhile but he was determined to get it out.
While eating dinner, Willie said: "Where did your tooth go?"
Jackson started crying "I think I ate it!"
Upon a quick glance at his plate, Willie spotted Jackson's tooth on it.
"Dude, your tooth is right there."
Jackson was so relieved!
The tooth fairy came and left him a note and $5, since it was his first tooth.
He was so very excited! He brought the letter to school and read it to his class.
And, again, this kid is growing up so fast!
