A Stitch (or Three) In Time...

I have three children...but right now, Parker is making sure we don't forget about him!

Friday, I brought all three kiddos to the gym, just like usual. They came and got me from my class and I assumed it was a dirty diaper that needed to be changed!

I wish!

Parker had come down the slide, covered in blood. They weren't sure if it was from his nose, or mouth, or head. Once he was all cleaned up, they saw the gash in his head.

He looked like he had been shot...it was a hole! Ewwww!

I do know that God was with me this day, as always:

• I did not panic
• Parker was so brave.
• I packed a bottle for Lily...which I don't normally do for gym trips.
• I had a change of clothes for both Parker and Lily.
• My girlfriend Carrie was at the gym and took Jackson home with her. (A million thanks!)

We drove to the hospital, and Lily threw up along the way...of course!

But, all is well after 3 stitches. Just working on keeping him from wrestling with his brother!

This was not our first go-round with stitches for these little men...

and I am certain that this won't be the last!
