I started doing P90X, the 90 day workout system at home. We have had these videos since last year and I have only tried one.
Up until now.
They say I will get ripped.
We'll see.
So far, I love it.
It's hard and I can do it at home while the kids are sleeping.
Or not.
{They all watched me the other day, asking lots of questions!}
I have been running or doing some sort of cardio at gym and then doing these videos at home.
Of course, maybe I could always try this:
Ha! I don't think eating taco bell will tone me up.
