Fashion Diva and Ramblings

Lily,
Will you look back at these pictures and say "How could you put Gigantic bows on me Mom?"
If you do, I will say: "Lily, it was either that or I get in trouble for yelling at the old ladies who call you a HE."
Lily would like to show off what her mama has been up to with the sewing machine...

And, let's put you up to speed with the happenings around these parts:

1. Lily=double ear infection and teething=a crabby baby.

Oh, and she fell when her stroller was tipped over today and hit her head. On the concrete. After a cat scan in the ER, she is fine...still crabby though. Wouldn't you be cranky too?

2. I am busy with the planning of the fabric cutting party and everything else that goes on around here.

3. Willie was sent down to the minors. :-( Not the best news but we know it was not due to his performance. He has been hurt for so much of this year that he hasn't worked up to multiple innings per outing. That is what he needs to do and unfortunately, he needs to do that in the minors. The kids and I will remain here in Texas and hope he will be back sooner rather than later. Baseball life is crazy and the ups and downs of this past week have been hard on me (and probably on us all). Thank goodness for booze...kidding kidding. I wanted to make sure you were paying attention to my Poor-Me-Rambling. We are still feeling very blessed for our great life.

4. The boys are the same...rowdy boys who ask alot of questions and continue to ask the SAME question over and over until I answer it.

Funny Parker Story:

Lately, here is a conversation we have...

Me or Willie: "No Parker, you can not...jump on couch, hit your brother, wear your rain boots, run in the house...etc...whatever."

Parker: "But, I WANT to."

Us: "I said No."

Parker:"But everybody say yes."

Hmmm...if everyone else jumped off a bridge would you...nah, I don't ask this. I know his response.

"Oh, I wanna jump off a bridge."

I am LOVING all your creations.. and your boys always can make me laugh!! My sewing machine is on the fritz!! However, I am going to pick up some fabric this week, cut it out and mail it to you. I have about 6 more weeks to go until D-day.. and they couldn't be over fast enough. I am a whale.. a big sweaty one! Miss you!!!!!!!

Poor Lily! I hope she's feeling better for our mini-reunion on Saturday!
Just think, if chaos wasn't going on in our lives, we'd think they were boring. Enjoy the ride and wait it out to see what new and exciting things He has in store for us.

I am sad about Willie. He will get back up before you know it.
I need to learn how to sew. So cute.
Tell Parker I love his stories. He makes me laugh.
