Detox, Rehab...what?

Before you get all concerned with my title. I am detoxing my body of impurities for the next 9 days.

I have heard great things from some other baseball wives about this product called Isagenix. So, today was my first day.

It Was
Rough!

The tough part was the headache I had from the lack of caffeine. You may or may not be aware that I have a LARGE addiction to caffeine. I drink an energy drink or 2 per day. It has gotten out of hand and I am happy to get rid of this need.






Don't be silly...of course, I will drink caffeine again. But, I don't want to depend so heavily on it. And I want to sleep better.




So, I am hoping that with the headache from he** checked off for today, that I will be able to finish this cleanse.




Willie left this morning after taking the boys to school. He is pitching tonight in Oklahoma City. It's tough because we don't know when we will see him again. I think we are looking at 12 days at the most.
Yuck!
But...we have really been blessed with alot of family time. We will have to make use of our webcams to talk to each other every day. The kids just love those!
