He dreams of baseball. I mean he REALLY loves it.
He is beyond excited to get back on the baseball diamond.
So, when they told him today that he was leaving on a rehab assignment to pitch...
he
was
thrilled!!
So, he is driving here...
And tomorrow, he will be pitching here...
So that he can come back here...
And be THIS guy...
And wear this hat...
Okay, maybe not the hat..but you see my point!
He may be gone for a week or maybe a month. Who knows! He is eligible to come off of the disabled list on the 22nd of June. If all goes well, he will be back here around then!
I am so excited...I just can't explain it!
And...I won't have time to miss him since the kids and I are driving up on Thursday afternoon.
