Jackson earned High Academic Honor Roll for the first quarter...straight A's! We are so proud of him and how hard he works. He had an award ceremony and neither Willie nor I could attend due to work. He was sad when he came down to my classroom. I felt terrible.
So, at lunch, he and I went to have a picnic table lunch outside. I think that made it more special.
We will have to make this work for the next time!
