Bad Renters

For the love of all that is good...we truly got the short end of the stick with last Year's renters. This was our first year renting to college girls. We have typically rent to college boys. Girls are worse...way worse. They painted around furniture, repainted and dropped paint on floor. Holes in walls, black mold in showers, broken headboards, the not-allowed-dog peed on sofa, destroyed carpets, painted the walls lime green, left food in fridge and freezer, left closets full of garbage...and they left some weed in a pipe. They left our washer full of moldy water rather than call us to tell us it wasn't working and they changed the locks without asking.
I need some booze after this set of renters.
