I have LOVED hearing the stories the boys have from when my mom stayed with them. Everything they tell me reminds me of growing up...and makes me laugh now.
Jackson tells me: "Mom, if we weren't good, Grandma said she was going to bring the poor kids to the circus instead of us. But guess what? We WERE good. So the poor kids didn't get to go."
Hmmm..somehow, I think he may have missed the point of this story.
Also, at school, the boys must have been reading 'Hansel and Gretel.' They keep playing "Let's pretend I am lost and you put me in the oven."
{Somehow, I don't think kids should be playing this sort of game.}
What is up with the fairy tales?
Or how about the Disney movies?
We watched Pinocchio and I just don't think "Jackass" should be in a kid's movie.
Or Dr. Suess saying "Stupid" or Cars saying "Idiot?"
Okay..anyhow...off my soapbox.
