Yo-Yo

Willie has been sent down again! Holy cow, what a crazy year! In the three days he was up here, he pitched 3 innings. He gave up 0 runs. He really did well. The problem is...they needed to have another guy come off of the disabled list. Willie is just the odd man out.

And due to some MLB rule that seriously takes more time to explain and just confuses me more...Willie has three days here in Texas with us.
So..I am very excited!
Willie can and will be called back up on the 4th of September. (There are rules as to how long he must be down in minors.)
All of that could change if someone gets hurt.
So..do you feel a little more than confused now?

Willie must feel like this yo-yo...

We are feeling very blessed amidst all of the craziness surrounding our life. So, if it sounds like I am complaining, I am truly not. It is what it is and we try to maintain a positive outlook on things.

There are always situations in life that could be better. But I think we have made it to where we are today through any struggle we may go through. And the good news is...these struggles never last forever.

And now, I am off to sew before I get to pick up my handsome husband from the airport!
