I need to know...what are you doing as a precaution with the swine flu? We live in Texas so there is a very obvious concern with the closeness to the border.
Do I take the kids out of all extra-curricular activities (school, nursery at the field, grocery shopping?)
I have decided to keep them out of the gym daycare through the weekend and then see where we are with this health scare.
I am on the fence with whether to send them to school tomorrow.
Am I being scared due to excessive media reports and my mother (who is also a bit excessive, but with the best intentions.)
Or is this a situation where my kids should be put in a bubble and confined to the indoors of our house, leaving their mother (that would be me), to go crazy?

Keep them home!!! Seriously, I've been cleaning like crazy tonight and have made up my mind that the kids are staying home for a few days or longer. I feel bad that I even took my children out today and Dustin is rolling his eyes at me, ha. No but it's not funny :( Can't wait till the swine flu goes away!!
I have been having the same thoughts!! With little ones and a brand new baby... it is really scary!! We have decided to stay put. We are officially shut-ins for the next month. Matt will work and I will run errands when he is home to watch the kids. It is the only way to be safe!!
I would stay home!!
