Willie took the boys shopping for a toy (because we need more, right?) while Lily and I enjoyed a quiet morning of clothing shopping. Off days are nice!!
When we got home from our outing, Willie had a surprise for me. He got me a sewing machine!!!!!
I have never sewn a thing in my life but I have become so interested in having a sewing machine so I could make clothing. We'll see how crafty I can be! Thank goodness Willie's mom is coming this weekend. I am hoping she can help me out!
In other news, Lily had her 4 month old check-up today! And she is growing at an unbelievable pace, according to her doctor!
She weighs 15.6 pounds, which is in the 80th percentile for weight.
She is 26 inches long, which is off the charts for height!
She had 2 shots yesterday and her one leg is now VERY sensitive to the touch now!
UGH! Poor baby!

You are serious? He just comes home with gifts like that??? You are so lucky to have such a THOUGHTFUL hubby!
I have been learning the ways of my sewing machine lately! Let's just face it, girls are easier/more fun to sew for!! I am working on a pinafore now!! I'll post pics when I am done with it!!

Lucky girl, my sewing machine is in Miami, with no hopes of travel in the near future. Although these days, I've been itching for it. Enjoy yours!
