Well, I am not quite sure that Lily has been sick. It seems like we are having a little trouble with reflux. We have been to the doctor and switched formula to lactose free. We are hoping we see an improvement by Friday or else she will need to be switched to Nutramagen formula...which, is quite an expense.
But, this little girl has continued to be happy throughout it all! Smiling while puking...what a talent!
Yesterday was the family picnic for the Rangers. It was a catered event and was a nice time..until we ended it abruptly for everyone with kids.
Jackson got sick in the bounce house...fabulous! Ya know, it's all fun and games until someone barfs!
So, we cleaned what we could and headed home. When Jackson and I got home, we both proceeded to get sick for a good part of the evening. Now, we woke up feeling great! After talking to some others who attended the party, it seems we may have got some food poisoning.
Do you think the Rangers were trying to get rid of us wives and children?? Haha!
Today is a day to lay around and hopefully pack. We move in 2 weeks.
"To where?" you ask.
Good question. We don't know. We will head east and see! ;)
Willie pitches today and he has done well in spring training. We are feeling very blessed these days and we will embrace our next move with a feeling of hope and gratefulness...wherever we end up.
Please remind me of this if I happen to call you during my fourteen hour drive with 3 children.
Willie flies with the team, eating caviar and smoking cigars...okay, so this is what I picture but I don't think it is entirely realistic!
And now, the kids are all napping at once...which makes me a lucky mama most days! So, I am going to put my feet up and eat bon-bons...which is what Willie thinks I do all day! ;)
